Take advantage of afterpay & pay in fortnightly, interest free payments when you place an order with us.

To select afterpay as a payment method firstly, add to cart the items you would like to purchase and then click "checkout" from the cart page. Then you will need to go through the checkout process. (not the express checkout option.)

Firstly, fill out all necessary contact details for your order followed by completing the shipping information page. Finally click "continue to payment." This is where you will be able to select your preferred payment method. afterpay will be located near the bottom of the list of payment options.

We do provide a 12 month manufacturers warranty for all items to cover faults. If you are experiencing an issue with any item please contact us as soon as able. From here we will try to resolve your issue remotely with some basic troubleshooting instructions. If the issue cannot be resolved by our teams instructions then we will provide information on how to send your item back to our technicians, where we will firstly inspect the item and if a fault is found we will either repair, replace or refund your item at our expense.

We were founded in Tauranga, NZ & also operate from here. We are proud to be 100% NZ owned and take pride in being able to offer quality products and service to our fellow New Zealanders.

DELIVERY

We like to get your goodies into our customers hands ASAP. This means orders are processed to be shipped within 24 hours. From here, delivery will generally take between 3-5 working days within NZ and 5-7 days to Australia. (slightly longer to rural addresses or to the South Island.)

All orders are shipped from either our Auckland or Tauranga location. This just depends on stock levels.

Unfortunately not. We are only online operating and our packing facility is not open to the public. We hope to be able to offer this service in the future!

We send out shipping confirmation emails to customers as soon as orders are shipped. This email will contain your unique tracking number and instructions with how to track the location of your parcel with NZ post.

Cancellations & Returns

If your order has not been processed we can definately cancel your order for you. Please just get in contact with us ASAP at info@lytswish.co.nz

Once you have recieved your order and you have decided you would like to return your item, please contact us so we can start the returns process with you. Please ensure you provide your order number and keep all original items and packaging. You can email our team at info@lytswish.co.nz
