Shipping & Returns
Delivery Within NZ
We aim to have orders processed within 24 hours once an order is placed.
From here once orders are processed, shipping within New Zealand will generally be between 1-3 business days, depending on your region. South Island addresses and rural addresses may take slightly longer. This does just depend on NZ post.

Please note: We do not currently offer a pickup service. We are solely online operating however, we hope to offer this feature in the future.
Xmas Delivery
We recommend to place your order by the 21st December to ensure you receive your order for Christmas. If you live rural or are in the South Island we would recommend to order by the 18th December.
Please keep in mind this is the busiest time of the year for us and also NZ Post. This means slight delays and planning ahead for gifts is essential.
Australia Delivery
We do offer shipping to Australia. We use an express shipping option over the ditch so your order is with you as fast as possible. You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.
Please do allow some time for this information to be updated and if you have any questions please let us know.
Returns
We have a 30 day return policy if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return your order and receive a full refund on your items. Please just ensure you have followed instructions below before requesting a return.
Returned items must be in the same condition you received them in and with the original packaging. You will need to be able to provide proof of purchase.
Warranties / Faults
In rare situations where you do experience a fault with an item, we will do our best to walk you through potential resolutions. If we can not assist remotely then you will be able to return your item to us where we will either fix or replace your item with a new replacement free of charge. We hold a 12 months manufacturer's warranty on all electronic products. This covers faults and does not cover misuse of items so please ensure to follow instructions carefully.
